Riyadh – Mubasher: Almuneef Company for Trade, Industry, Agriculture and Contracting announced the resignation of its CEO, Hisham Saleh Nasser Al Tuaimi.

Al Tuaimi resigned from his position, on 3 April 2024, due to his health conditions, according to a bourse disclosure.

Dividends

The board of Almuneef recommended cash dividends amounting to SAR 7.60 million for 2023.

The Saudi firm will disburse SAR 2 per share, representing 20% of the share nominal value, for 3.80 million eligible shareholders.

Eligibility and payment dates for the annual dividends will be disclosed at a later time.
